Howard is a Founding Partner of Linea Private Wealth Management. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) with more than 20 years of experience, Howard places great emphasis on understanding client objectives and concerns. As he often says, “if you ask the right questions, the path forward rises up to meet you.”

Howard then explains, in clear and understandable terms, how you are currently positioned relative to those goals. And works in partnership, with your other advisors, to develop a comprehensive plan for to pursue your financial objectives and addressing your concerns moving forward.

Another often heard quote from Howard is, “Any job worth doing, is a job worth doing right.” This speaks to our strong emphasis on executing your plans. Once your Linea roadmap® has been developed, it’s all about getting things done.

Prior to founding Linea Private Wealth Management, Howard spent 20 years at his prior firm as a Comprehensive Financial Planner (15 of those with his business partner, Justin). As a Financial Planner, then and now, he specializes in the design and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, with a focus on estate planning, retirement planning, and business succession planning. Over time he has developed specialized expertise in family philanthropy, charitable giving, and strategies designed to help families pursue multigenerational legacy planning. Howard’s client base includes successful families, business owners and single women, among others.

After losing his father at a young age, Howard quickly came to understand the important role income protection strategies play in helping families maintain their lifestyle and pursue tomorrow’s goals. So, a key area of focus over the years for Howard has been helping clients, and other advisors, understand the complexities of life insurance, hybrid long term care and disability income insurance. He credits his personal experience with igniting a passion for family financial planning and risk management, which ultimately led him, and his team, to develop the firm’s comprehensive family-wealth process: the Linea roadmap®.

Howard earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland in 1992, and his CFP® certification in 1998. He is active in a number of professional associations, boards, and community organizations, including the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, Integrated Financial Group’s Advisory Board, Atlanta Jewish Foundation (Board Chairman, 2018 -2020); Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta (board member); and the Georgia Planned Giving Council, where he is Past-President.

Howard and his wife Linda live near the square in Roswell, Georgia with their two daughters. Howard and the girls are very proud of Linda, who recently earned her Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) certification. As a volunteer advocating for children within the foster care system, Linda helps to ensure safe and healthy environments for children as they navigate the foster care system.
